1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all states and territories within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

2. Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: RM8 for orders below RM100.

• Free Shipping: For orders RM100 and above (within Malaysia).

• Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-service areas.

3. Delivery Time

• Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days

• Sabah & Sarawak: 5–8 working days

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We will help follow up with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Packaging

All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
